We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Shop Pay for accelerated checkout.

All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel, email us immediately at vraushgernet@icloud.com with your order number.

For cancellations after 12 hours but before your order has shipped, a 30% cancellation fee applies. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Our standard delivery time is 4–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on flight schedules, customs clearance, and local postal handling.

Tracking gaps of 3–7 days are common while packages move through customs. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us with your order number.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original packaging.

A 30% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

If your product arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Email vraushgernet@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned item, inspection takes 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after approval.

Custom colorway and branded protector orders are available for qualifying volume orders. Minimum order quantities apply.
